Basic Refund Policy

  • Threads King sells a number of products that are all Officially Licensed. We have a very strict refund policy. Here are the basics for our refund policy:
    • Items can be returned ONLY if they are broken or damaged upon delivery: All items have a full 30-day refund guarantee if the item was sent to you as damaged or broken. We will need to see picture evidence to prove that your item was indeed sent to you as damaged or broken. This is also inclusive of shirts. 
  • PLEASE email us at threadsking@gmail.com to see if you are applicable for a refund or exchange.

 

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

  • Our Money Back Guarantee ONLY covers defective items upon delivery.  

 

Do you accept exchange for a different size?

  • If you selected the incorrect size of shirt, I'm afraid we cannot do an exchange because each item is custom-designed to each customer.

 

What do I do if I receive the wrong shirt or my shirt is defective?

  • If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at support@threadsking.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up.  
  • We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right shirt. We will send you a new shirt and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

 

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes we currently offer international shipping. 

 

How do I track my package?

 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • This depends on the product ordered. For apparel, its no longer than 1 week. However, often times we run low and stock or the item has to come from abroad and wait times may be 2-4 weeks. Please email us at support@threadsking.com to check on your order.
